Songlines walking in the SW Algarve
Dear walking friends,
Coming to Portugal the last four years watching our new house build and living at our new fantastic place in Espartal since june 2008, new ideas have been rising. One of the concrete activities is walking in the SW of Portugal from Sagres to Milfontes. This area with magnificants views over the ocean and rough inlands are places where you can listen to your own heartbeat.
I offer these walks as a guide for groups package ( minimum of three clients). I can offer you a trail but of course it is possible, if you have your own ideas, to organize a walk you would like to do, in time, in speed, your choice.
It is possible to organize on the spot for accomodation and transportation if you choose to walk for more than one day.

B&B
If you choose to make our home as your central "base" for day walks, it is possible to have Bed&Breakfast for a maximum capacity of 6 to 8 people. Prices of our rooms are up from €50 to €60 per day in summertime. From October to March prices are different.

Walking (SW) Portugal

Living now in the southwest of Portugal, there are fantastic opportunities to make nature walks along the coast-line from Sagres up to Vila Nova de Milfontes, near the Atlantic Ocean. It is very easy to go from the coastline to the inland of the Algarve and Alentejo. But not only in the SW Algarve there are opportunities, as in the centre of the Portuguese mountains Estrelas and more in the NorthEast of Portugal in the provence of Atras os Montes, for instance Miranda do Douro and above Braganca. What I am trying to do with this Blogspot to show the opportunities of walking in Europe. Mostly based on my own experience walking the routes myself. If you have questions, remarks, good ideas, contact me through my e-mail.
Beside the walking tracks, you can use our beautiful house in Espartal/Aljezur as your B&B "base" and make from here your daily trips! Our B&B prices are up from €50 to €60 per night for a room in the summertime, including breakfast. There is one familyroom and two rooms with 2 single beds. From October to March the prices are lower.
